This Austin Healey 3000 tri-carb was built in November 1960 and dispatched in December 1961 and is offered for sale in excellent condition, having been recently restored by Retro Marques Ltd. This stunning example was imported from the USA in 1991 having originally been exported to Gibraltar. We believe this Healey was originally ordered by a serviceman who took the car back with him to the States. This classic open topped sports car has an extensive history from its time in the USA, most notably with a lovely, hand-written logbook detailing fuel, work carried out and it was this noteworthy history which attracted it to the present owner some years ago. It appears that there were only two owners before being imported and here in the UK it has been with the second owner since 1994. Fully restored by Retro Marques Ltd. in the UK. All rebuild invoices and a complete photo record are present. This is an excellent opportunity to own a tri-carb model which looks as good today as when it left the factory. Consigned by Dominic Lake.
