Rare color of metallic Golden Beige. There were 553 MKIII's painted in this color. Sold new in California and has less than 68,000 original miles.
Details:
This Healey had a body-off rotisserie restoration in 1994 and only had 28,000 original miles. The engine had a major rebuild in 1997 due to an oil consumption problem. The engine rebuild included a hotter RV cam, ported and polished cylinder head and a lightened flywheel. This Healey has been used in Austin-Healey Club events and now has less than 68,000 original miles on it. This is a rust-free and accident-free car and retains all the original sheet metal and with the exception of the carpet and dash, the interior is all original. This is a great driving Healey and this color is one of the best. Over 17,000 MKIII's were built and only 463 were built after this one.
