Car to be at auction 4/14
    www.barons-auctions.com/details.php

    Auction description:
    Model 3000 MKIII
    First Registered 1967
    Registration No PHJ 72E
    Engine No 29K/RU-M/6599
    Chassis No H-BJ8-L/31833
    MOT New
    Colour Blue/White

Offered here is a very late example of the MKIII in Phase III form, which was repatriated from the USA in the late eighties. Since then the car has benefited from a comprehensive restoration, with a photographic record and conversion to right hand drive. The car has had just two owners, from the same family, including the restorer and has never been offered for sale in the UK.

Finished in blue over white with blue leather seats and wood veneer dash the car is described as being in good condition throughout and is only being offered for sale due to the poor health of the vendor.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
