According to the 100 registry this car spent much of its life in Alabama.
I purchased it in 2018, complete car needing a full restoration. Looks like it sat in a field for a long time and became home to several mud wasp nests. The outer body and engine had been over painted in red, but the original Healey blue was clearly visible everywhere inside and under. Even the original blue Armacord and vinyl was still intact in the rear cockpit and boot.
I am giving her a complete rotisserie restoration with the intent to earn a concours gold when it’s done. I’m returning her to all the original colours and details as built.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
